Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 5–12 business days
  • Canada: 7–15 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days
  • Other International Locations: 10–20 business days

There are no hidden shipping fees at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number (when available).

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Delays

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us.

While we will work with the shipping carrier to assist in locating your package, FurAway™ is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen afterward.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

We’ll review your claim and work to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
