At FurAway™, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of your order being delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item should be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
- Proof of purchase or your order number is required.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We’ll review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled any time before they have been fulfilled. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or damaged items (unless they arrived damaged)
- Gift cards
- Final sale items (if applicable)
